I got my psychology master’s degree from KRE’s Clinical- and Health Psychology in 2017, simultaneously learning NLPt (Neuro-Linguistic Programming therapy) toolset. Onwards I finished my Neuropsychology post-graduation degree at SE. Prior, I had worked with substance abusers, currently working in the clinical field, somatic department. During my work in sessions, I like to emphasize the holistic mind-body unit, as well as bring in existential views for a better understanding of the current situation. As a part of the NLPt training, I learned goal-oriented coaching techniques and also imaginative-meditative ones, which variety of tools help me to tailor the sessions to my current personal and circumstance needs. These sessions give space and time to discovering and understanding the mental patterns that guide the behavior causing difficulties in everyday life. After the identification of these mental habits, the cooperative work continues with creating and practicing new patterns, ones that facilitate a more fulfilling life.
