Grief support group

Why is it good to join the group?

Every grieving process is different and incomparable and for every person, their own grief is the hardest.

However, the power of the group can help you to realize that you are not alone, that you are surrounded by people who are going through something really similar to yours and they can understand your feelings, and your pain. In the group, you work on processing grief together by listening to each other’s stories, and getting inspired by each other. Trust and a sense of security form throughout the occasions, and the feeling of isolation ceases. The participants can get to know themselves better, and they can learn more about themselves. Although many people may think that such an occasion is very sad and there is some crying, usually the group members and the leaders go home from the sessions emotionally recharged.
